ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the alumni networks being set up by large law firms. As stated, many large law firms are leveraging their alumni for future business through networking programs and by keeping track of the talent and creating a community culture. It is stated that through these programs, alumni learn of job opportunities and keep in touch with friends from same profession.
