ABSTRACT
The article offers a summary of a speech delivered by Steven G. Pickette at the Pharmacy Practice Model Summit held November 2010 in Dallas, Texas. He described a model developed by Providence Health and Services in 2006, after which the community hospital system began using a clinical intervention documentation tool.
