ABSTRACT
The article examines the human rights approach used by academics at the University of Texas in investigating the Texas-Mexico border wall project in the U.S. It explores the history of border wall legislation, border wall construction process, and the widespread opposition to the Texas-Mexico border wall. Also tackled are the human rights impact of the border wall as well as the human rights advocacy strategy to address the border wall issue.
