The article offers information regarding the study on pharmacognostic and phytochemical analysis of the stem of healthy plant Nerium oleander. It states that phytochemical qualitative test was for secondary metabolites identification such as carbohydrates, proteins, tannins and phenolic compounds. It notes that morphological examination was done in the stem of N. oleander which shows color straw, bitter taste, smooth surface, and fibrous fracture.
