The article focuses on the implementation of the mediation program by doctor Becky Hoover to the university leadership at the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. It says that the mediation program of the university was recognized as the Best Practices Honors award by the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards from the American Psychological Association. It adds the recommendations of Hoovers to employers to tap community resources if they want to start their mediation program.
