ABSTRACT
The article discusses how business leaders can implement values that will motivate and inspire the organization at all times. It references a key finding from the Great New Zealand Employment Survey which cites the importance of treating employees with consistency, fairness, and respect. For leaders to be effective, survey respondents gave several suggestions including open and honest communication, showing appreciation and encouragement to team members, and provide clear expectations and goals for the business and employees.
