ABSTRACT
The article looks at the state of healthcare reform management through the latest Commonwealth Fund/"Modern Healthcare" Opinion Leaders Survey. 41 percent of the respondents told that the federal officials must have further authority in implementing healthcare reform while 29 percent claimed that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care ACt provided balance of power between federal and state authorities. Southwest Physician Associates chief executive Bruce Landes criticized the survey for not adding non-government control on healthcare.
