ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the political lessons learned by United States liberal Senate Democrats from the 1978 election. According to some political analysts, traditional liberal politicians who will launch a campaign based on traditional liberalism will likely lose in the elections. The analysts pointed out that the mood of politics in the country is currently leaning towards conservatism.
