ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the listing proposal of California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) to the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (Prop 65). It mentions that the list was contained with several substances including cyclopenta pyrene, leather dust, and Chinese-style that can cause birth defects, and cancer. It states that it could be dangerous, could be a mechanism of choice, and it is untimely to rely until the process on judicial appeal had run its course.
