ABSTRACT
The article reports on the proposals made for the revision and preservation of the "Book of Common Prayer." The Gallup Poll released by the Society for the preservation of the book reveals that majority of Episcopalians prefers the traditional compared to the proposed prayer book. The information causes a major effect on the legislative action of the Church .
