ABSTRACT
The article relates the author's experiences in visiting Bulgaria. A background of Bulgaria's history is presented. A description of the tourist attractions in the city of Sofia is provided. It offers information on the accommodations at the Vitosha hotel. It discusses the author's experiences in sight-seeing throughout Bulgaria using a Toyota car with a chauffeur and an interpreter. It comments on the historical reconstruction in Bulgaria. It provides evidence that Orthodox religion in the country is flourishing.
