ABSTRACT
The article discusses the relations of Morocco with other countries in 1980. The country has a stable relations with the U.S. during the administration of President Jimmy Carter. The U.S. government tripled its military aid to Morocco, from $15 million to $45 million. The administration would be wiser still to embrace unconditionally Morocco's cause in its continuing conflicts with its neighbors. King Hassan II of Morocco is facing a conflict with Iran. A difference between Morocco and Iran concerns religion.
