The article presents a proposal on how to end the conflict between unionists and nationalists in Northern Ireland. Unionists want British rule to continue in Northern Ireland. The nationalists on the other hand want independence from British government. The unionists constitute around two-thirds of the population while the nationalists constitute the remaining one-third.
