ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the resurgence of rightist political parties in Europe. Franz Josef Strauss has been nominated as the leader of the coalition of Christian parties in West Germany. The entire political scene has been polarized with the nomination of Strauss. The French Right is represented by the organization GRECE which appeals to the cultural foundation of Europe.
