ABSTRACT
The article presents information on several insole categories which fit various types of runners. These categories include the high stability insoles, moderate stability insoles, and neutral insoles. According to John Hodge, Manager of Naperville Running Co. in Naperville, Illinois, every runner is different so oftentimes an insole makes for a more comfortable fit when it works with the shoe.
