Off-air educational television program as a motivating tool for elementary students to use their school library: an experimental study

The article presents a study which examines the effectiveness of the off-air educational television program viewing as a motivating tool in promoting the use of libraries in Valenzuela, Philippines. It outlines the method of the study which surveys Grades two and three students, as well as ages eight to nine of the Saint Mary's Angels School. It notes the findings of the study which reveals that the students were motivated to visit their school library.
