An evaluation of the University of Rizal System Morong's (URSM) University Library through user's assessment

The article discusses the study which determines the effectiveness level of the University of Rizal System Morong's (URSM) library policies and procedures through a users' assessment which involves undergraduate students enrolled in the Philippines. It states that a survey questionnaire was used as the principal instrument for data gathering. According to the results, majority of the respondents visit the library two to three times a week, saying that they have accessed other sources of information such as the Internet and majority are aware of the service policies and procedures of the URSM library. It also mentions that the URSM library staff are given positive responses by the respondents.
