ABSTRACT
The article discusses the study on the service quality provided by the Lagro High School Library for the hearing impaired in the Philippines using the SERVQUAL model. It defines SERVQUAL model as the measurement of service quality that is based on gap between expectations and performance, showing how customers rate the service quality in the library. It highlights the aims of the study which are to shed light on the quality of the library services provided by a public high school for the hearing-impaired students and suggests recommendations to improve the quality service for the students. Learning resources/collections, services and programs suited to the information needs of the hearing-impaired students are also included.
