ABSTRACT
The article presents a study about the subject trends of the undergraduate and graduate theses submitted to the University of the Philippines School of Library and Information Studies (UP SLIS) in Quezon City, Philippines from 2001-2006. The study focuses on the expounded and unexpounded areas of the theses. The study revealed that the Libraries and Information Centers have the most number of expounded theses and that Academic Libraries have the most number of dominant narrow subject areas.
