The Case for Commissioning Existing Buildings

The article reports on the development of existing-building commissioning (EBCx) in the operation-and-maintenance (O&M) community. It mentions that EBCx targets the minor items of a building which have been damaged by off-site contractors while working on the premises. It also notes the EBCx helps the overworked staffs of O&M in increasing the quality of their facilities and provides the needed shot in creating a better O&M of a building better and easier.
