ABSTRACT
The article discusses the concept of information repacking (IR) as a service and the key structure behind the development of an online information resource for the international labour organization. It explores the significance of IR as well as the Internet, which has become the chief source of information with overwhelming references and requires little physical effort to access. It also notes the evolution of libraries which started to maximize the use of IR to provide adequate and frontline references and information.
