ABSTRACT
The article discusses the seven guiding principles of strategic information and communication technology (ICT) roadmap in the Philippines. It provides information on the development of the cyberspace including information infrastructure, human capital and electronic business, the electronic government legal and regulatory situation. Also mentioned are the visions of the country to use a strategic ICT programs to advance services and to meet the movement of globalization that revolutionizes the technology.
