The article focuses on the decision of Community Health Systems to increase its offer to acquire Tenet Healthcare Corp. A motion has been filed by Tenet to begin discovery in its federal lawsuit against Community, outlining the documents that Tenet contends shareholders need to see in order to make a decision on the bid.
