ABSTRACT
This articles poses questions about a hypothetical shft of power from Socialist government to Conservative. It points out that Socialists, when in power, have a strong command of power and a way of expressing themselves eloquently. Conservatives, on the hand, excel more at 'being' than 'doing,' and must learn to act forcefully on their beliefs should a shift in power occur.
