ABSTRACT
The author comments on the concerns of Northern California Golf Association (NCGA) members on disadvantages of sandbagging on golf courses. He mentions that the comments published are right, but are 25 years late because it existed before the onset of Slope system. He believes that sandbagging should be curbed to prevent dishonesty in golf tournaments.
