According to Jamie Moore, sourcing and sustainability director at parent company Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, their urban garden initiative allows their clients to become involved in sustainability. One corporate client that had installed gardens is law firm Reed Smith. A manual on growing food has also been developed by Moore.
