ABSTRACT
The article discusses the public service functions of Council on Foreign Relations, a private organization of post-graduate academy of political science created to assert the United States stake in world affairs and to assure that decisions affecting world peace and American interests not be made without American participation. However, the institute faces various issues including destruction of American values and national sovereignty, thus, more information about the council is offered.
