ABSTRACT
The article evaluates the Four Seasons Hotel Restaurant in New York City. The hotel has a good ambience, with seasonal changes of menu and quality of food. It also offers a pre-and after-theatre dinner. The owners of the restaurant are two Hungarian expatriates who used to handle restaurants, Tom Margittai and Paul Kovi.
