ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the increasing number of illegal aliens in the U.S. Approximately ten million or more illegal aliens have already moved into the U.S., and the flow shows every sign of increasing. Most of these illegal aliens are from Mexico. Thousands of potential illegal immigrants are reported to be waiting south of the border to take advantage of U.S. President Jimmy Carter's amnesty proposal. The U.S. needs to implement various measures to reduce illegal entry into the country. A national identity card system should be established to check the flow of illegal aliens.
