ABSTRACT

The article highlights the quality and the achievement of the "National Review" (NR) in the light of the American magazine's 20th anniversary celebration. NR offers interesting discussion about politics and politicians. NR's humorous approach to serious topics sets it apart from the competition. NR has the courage to defend its stand even when the authoritative ideas of the day were against it. NR's great achievement has been to juxtapose a liberal system and its spokesmen with the real world.
