ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on the efforts of organizations to improve employment access. The author states that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) discovered a common ground relative to the rules of the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) in which the employers and employees with disabilities were considered. The author says that ADAAA showed to the Americans that disabled individuals should be recognized as equal members throughout the society.
