ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to regulations concerning people with disability. The final regulations for the implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Amendments Act (ADAAA) were published by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on March 25, 2011. Comments regarding shared-use paths' accessibility guidelines are being sought by the Access Board. The actions of the Veterans' Affairs (VA) Vocational Rehabilitation & Education (VR&E) were reviewed.
