ABSTRACT
The article reports on the summitry. The summitry is a term invented by Winston Churchill, the British Prime Minister, which means a summit meeting. He used it in a public statement during World War II to describe a meeting of top leaders in its efforts against the Axis powers. The people at the summit have the power, the obligation and the right and they also have the opportunity to make decisions.
