ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs relating to international relations and politics. President Jimmy Carter did not attend the annual White House Correspondents' Association dinner and his place was taken by Jody Powell. The American Bar Association and the American Medical Association was denounced by President Jimmy Carter, which resulted to different reactions from the public. A study of the Rand Corporation showed that the income of black people is equalizing with the white people.
