ABSTRACT
The article discusses the experiences of the author concerning his vacation in Taxco, Mexico. The author assesses the lifestyle of the residents in the region. The tourism industry of the region was observed and compared with the attractions of the resort city of Acapulco. The religious life and beliefs of the resident in the area are also investigated by the author which resulted to his knowledge about the historical background of the development of the cathedral in Taxco.
