Who's Racist Now?

June 1975
National Review;6/6/1975, Vol. 27 Issue 21, p594
The article reports on the research study published in the "Phi Delta Kappan", magazine of a professional educator's fraternity, on the causes and cures of poor academic performance of minorities. It argues that busing for school integration has not really been helpful in desegregation but has contributed to racial and economic segregation.
