ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's opinions about a controversy involving George Gilder, author of books such as "Sexual Suicide," and "Naked Nomads." At Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, Gilder had commented on relations between the sexes, with special attention to their social and political aspects. According to Gilder, single men over 25 years old have a mortality rate three times that of married men and four times that of women. Gilder had criticized the current ideology of feminism. Feminism at the present time is an elite ideology, which appeals to only a small percentage of women.
