ABSTRACT
PS IF Neil Warnock is a decidedly mixed blessing for the Premier League, then Delia Smith will be welcomed with open arms. Norwich City have always possessed a sense of decent dignity, and up there in the boardroom the lovely Delia has done much to uphold that tradition. That splendid 'Let's be 'aving you!' rant she had some six years ago would not be understood by the sheiks and oligarchs who control some of our richer clubs. Too bad. Some of us knew precisely what she meant, and we loved her for it. It is wonderful to have the lady back.
