SOUTHERN Railway's system for compensating passengers who have suffered delays has…suffered delays. The train operator has apologised for the 'delay in our response', which is because the relevant department 'recently moved offices from Tonbridge to Bristol'. Leaves on the line? Or just the wrong sort of move?
