ABSTRACT
G.B. writes: I have 24,000 shares in Skin Health Spa, a business that was originally quoted on the PLUS exchange. The shares no longer trade. Can you shed any light on what has happened to the business and whether my holding still has any value? P.W. replies: Skin Health Spa delisted from PLUS in June 2008. At the time, the company issued the following statement: 'The company has announced its intention to withdraw its shares following the unanimous decision taken by the directors that it is no longer in the best interests of the company for its shares to continue to be quoted on the PLUS market.' Those shareholders wishing to deal in the company's shares were told to contact the company secretary.
