UNLESS you have been living in a cave (unlike the man at the heart of the biggest news story in the United States since 9/11) you will know that Osama Bin Laden was killed by a Navy SEAL team last Sunday in Pakistan. And that news brought a wide range of reaction from stars across the US sports spectrum, not all of it widely appreciated.
