The article announces that nutrition supplement company Next Proteins Inc. is selling its Designer Whey product line to Athena Wellness Brands LLC. Reports claimed that sports nutrition brand expects to generate about 20 million U.S. dollars in annual revenue and is sold at a multiple of roughly 6 to 7 multiple times Ebitda. With the sale, Designer Whey will run as a subsidiary of Athena Wellness Brands LLC with its new name, Designer Protein LLC.
