ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to credit union in the U.S. including the three years sentence of a young man who robbed Penobscot County Federal Credit Unions after his mother identified him in surveillance photos in Bangor, Maine, Oregon Senate passes an update to the Oregon Credit Union Act by a 27-1 vote in Salem, and the first of three individuals charged in May 2009 holdup at Industrial Centre Federal Credit Union pleads guilty to armed robbery charges in Muncie, Indiana.
