ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the environmental challenges faced by the rare earth industry in the U.S. It mentions the need of the said sector to surpass the ecological challenges that have shuttered industrial production in 2001 in order to survive in the business world. It also cites the efforts of the lawmakers to introduce bills that would help accelerate and complete the rare-earth mining and manufacturing in the country.
