The article reports on the use of heat-recovery chiller in the village of Skokie, Illinois to boost police station efficiency. It states that the 170-ton Motivair air-cooled chiller with simultaneous heat recovery provides the required reheat capacity for the Skokie Police Department. It notes that the chiller acts as a permanent air-to-water heat pump and provides the required cooling capacity while reducing carbon footprint.
