ABSTRACT
It has been observed experimentally that the IR for [sup 137]Ba and [sup 139]Ce equals to about 0.13 while in two heavier isotones [sup 141]Nd and [sup 143]Sm it is more than twice smaller. To explain this effect the structure of the excited states in the energy domain up to 6.5 MeV has been calculated within Quasiparticle Phonon Model. © 2000 American Institute of Physics.
