Effective financial management is a fundamental component in gaining market share and meeting stakeholder expectations. Traditional models of corporate financial management are changing due to new technological, business, and market environments.Obstades to financial management include stagnant or hostile organizational culture, poor leadership, lack of training, and slowness to adopt new technology (Delk, 2000).
