The article announces the acquisition of 3ality Digital LLC by Clearlake Capital Group LP. The amount and terms of the said transaction were not disclosed but the spending of Clearlake is said to be somewhere in between 50 million dollars and 100 million dollars. The latter reportedly tapped into its second fund with a capital of 415 million dollars to finance the said transaction.
