The article announces that Eagle Rock Energy Partners will acquire all the equity interest in Crow Creek Energy II from Natural Gas Partners VIII, LP. The disclosed amount of acquisition is around 525 million dollars. As such, about 303 million dollars of Eagle Rock's equity will be issued to Natural Gas Partners plus 15 million dollars in cash. Eagle Rock is reportedly going to pick up Natural Gas' assumed debt worth 207 million dollars.
