The article announces the acquisition of New York Stock Exchange-listed Graham Packaging by Silgan Holdings. The deal is reportedly closed at 4.1 billion dollars, making it 19.56 dollar per share. Graham shareholders are expected to receive 0.402 shares of Silgan common stock and 4.75 dollars per share in cash for each of Graham common stock.
